New Delhi: State-owned telecom firm BSNL has launched a special plan to celebrate this year’s Eid-Ul-Fitr.
BSNL has launched the Eid Mubarak STV 786 prepaid plan offering unlimited voice calling, roaming, 100 SMS messages per day and 2GB of 3G/ 4G data per day.
The recharge plan will be valid for 150 days. Free voice calls are also valid in the Delhi and Mumbai telecom circles. The limited period special recharge plan started from June 12 and can be availed till June 26.
In a bid to cash in on popular IPL tournament, BSNL has recently announced the FIFA World Cup 2018 plan. The FIFA recharge pack offers 4GB of 3G/ 4G data per day to users however there is no voice calling or SMS benefits.
Twelve lakh customers throughout the country opted for portability from other networks to state-owned BSNL in the last financial year, BSNL had said in April.
The company has also fared well in fulfilling target for sale of SIM cards and promptly attending to complaints from customers.
