New Delhi: Xiaomi’s popular smartphone Redmi 5 will be up for garbs at online retailer Amazon on Tuesday. The phone will go on sale at 12 pm on Amazon.com
Buyers can also avail offers from Kindle and Jio. On Amazon, Kindle promotional offer of upto 90 percent discount is only available to customers who purchase a Redmi 5 phone between March 20, 2018 and April 20, 2018. Only customers who download the app (either Kindle Lite or Kindle for Android) and sign into the app are eligible for the offer. Customer should have never purchased a Kindle eBook before. Each customer can avail the offer only once during this offer period.
Meanwhile Jio users can get Rs 2,200 instant cashback and 100GB additional 4G data. The Rs 2,200 instant cashback shall be credited in the form of 44 cashback vouchers of Rs 50 each, in the MyJio App. Additional 100GB Data shall be credited in the form of ten additional data vouchers of 10GB each.
New Delhi: Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi’s recently launched smartphone – Redmi 5 will be available in a weekly sale starting Tuesday across Mi.com, Amazon and Mi Home stores.
The base variant of the phone with 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage will come at Rs 7,999. The phone’s 3GB and 32GB storage variant has been priced at Rs 8,999 while the 4GB with 64GB internal memory variants will cost Rs 10,999.
Redmi 5 has 7.7-mm metal body which makes it the slimmest smartphone in the Redmi series and has a 5.7-inch screen.
The smartphone with 18:9 display will also be made available across all Xioami’s offline partners in the coming weeks.
The device is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 Octa-core processor with 14nm “FINFET” technology.
There is a 12MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera with LED selfie-light. A 3,300mAh battery fuels the device.
