18 runs in 2 balls: KKR batsman Manish Pandey makes the impossible possible in IPL — WATCH VIDEO

New Delhi: Kolkata Kight Riders (KKR) batsman Manish Pandey made the impossible possible on Sunday by taking 18 runs off two balls in their Indian Premier League (IPL) match against Mumbai Indians.

Pandey, 27, hit the first ball of the last over of KKR innings, bowled by Mitchell McClenaghan, over deep midwicket for a six over deep midwicket.

The Kiwi bowler than delivered a no ball, which was hit for a four. That’s 11 off one legal ball.

On free-hit, McClenaghan bowled a wide delivery, to make 12 of one legal ball.

Pandey hit the next delivery for a six, to make it 18 off two balls.

But that’s not over.

Pandey went onto hit another four, off the fourth ball.

He remained unbeaten on 81 off 47 balls, and helped KKR to a big total of 178/7.
