Virat Kohli, AB de Villiers fit for RCB's next match? Shane Watson keeps fans guessing!

New Delhi: Royal Challengers Bangalore fought back after losing their opening match of the campaign against Sunrisers Hyderabad, to defeat Delhi Daredevils on Saturday.

In the post match presentation, Sanjay Manjerakar asked RCB’s stand-in captain about the comeback dates of Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers and the Aussie for once left the fans drooling with joy when he said, “They will be back for the team’s next game.”

“What’s the news on the fitness of your star players ?”, asked Manjrekar.

“They are back in the next game”, said the former Australian all-rounder. Manjrekar then asked if that was a reliable source Watson started laughing.

Watson’s reply meant more fun than facts and he later confirmed that he isn’t a reliable source as far as the news about fitness of the team’s star batsmen is concerned.

While Kohli is still nursing his injured shoulder suffered during the 3rd Test of India – Australia Test series, De Villiers suffered a back injury during a domestic competition back home in South Africa.

After a loss and a win in the first two matches, RCB next face KXIP on April 10th at the Holkar Stadium in Indore.
