#AskTurbanator: Harbhajan Singh names AB de Villiers toughest current batsman to bowl at

New Delhi: Veteran Indian off-spinner Harbhajan Singh has faced some of the greatest batsmen in his long cricketing career – be it Ricky Ponting or Brian Lara – and has often come up with incredible performances no matter what the stature of the opposite player is.

Bhajji, who hosted a Q&A session on Twitter on Sunday #AskTurbanator – marking the anniversary of 2011 World Cup victory – answering questions that fans put across.

One of the fans during the session asked him to name the most difficult batsman to bowl to from the present generation of cricketers.

Harbhajan, who has also bowled to MS Dhoni and Virat Kohli in the Indian Premier League (IPL), named South African ODI team skipper AB de Villiers.

The 36-year-old offie was also asked to name his favourite batsman of all time and there was hardly any doubt that he would name anyone else other than Sachin Tendulkar.

Harbhajan, who will be lining up to play for Mumbai Indians in the 10th season of IPL, will be felicitated by the franchise along with the Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar and Sri Lankan great Lasith Malinga.

All three cricketers have been part of MI from the first edition of IPL in 2008 with Tendulkar, who retired as player in 2013, remaining as the franchise team’s icon.
