WATCH: When Brad Haddin tried MS Dhoni's blind run-out without success

New Delhi: Indian captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s that epic back-hand run of Ross Taylor in Ranchi last October was probably the best cricketing moment of 2016.

On Saturday, Australian wicket-keeper Brad Haddin produced a similar run-out attempt during a Big Bash League (BBL) match at Sydney Cricket Ground, but without success.

The Sydney Sixers wicket-keeper tried to affect run-out Perth Scorchers’ Shaun Marsh off the first ball of the match, but it failed to fetch the wicket.

The 35-year-old collected the high return from Dhawal Kulkarni and dislodged the bails even without looking at the wickets.
