The National Green Tribunal (NGT) Southern Zone’s Regular Practitioners’ Forum has submitted representations to NGT Chairperson Justice Prakash Shrivastava in Chennai. Among their requests, the forum urged for the synchronization of the summer holidays of the NGT Southern Zone with those of the Madras High Court.
Additionally, they highlighted the need for provisions to upload original applications and appeals on the NGT website and requested consideration of regional requirements for festivals and celebrations. The forum also emphasized the necessity of Wi-Fi connectivity and the issuance of practice directions by the NGT to facilitate legal proceedings efficiently.
