At least three soldiers lost their lives while one is still missing after multiple avalanches hit parts of Jammu and Kashmir, news agency ANI has quoted army souces as saying.
The avalanches have hit Kupwara, Baramulla, and Ganderbal area. Efforts are underway to find the missing jawan.
Last week, Avalanche hit near Line of Control in J&K’s Poonch sector. While three porters were saved, one lost his life.
