The quirky VJ Bani aka Gurbani Judge has debunked stereotypes and transformed herself by working her way out into the sculpted muscular goddess that she has become.

“I’ve heard it all. And not once because I actually cared enough to ask, ‘hey, what do *you* think of *my* body?’. I never entered the gym because of what people said I ‘should/ ought to/ must’ look like. I went in there to get strong, to be active, to be healthy, to sweat = to feel better, and more ME.” believes Bani J.
Her sculpted muscles and abs did not come easy. She has undergone a tremendous diet and lifestyle change to look the way she is now and has managed to become the inspiration for many woman who craved to have a physique like hers but were skeptical because of the societal stereotypes that render women aiming for that slender, petite, less muscular shape.
“No matter how much people like to tell me lifting isn’t for me esp. being a girl.. It’ll never amount to how much I LOVE to LIFT” she writes on one of her Instagram posts.
“The only thing I’ve been able to find that really silences all the noise, all the static, all the inconsequential shit – is lifting. Lifting hard and heavy and dirty till you’re awash in sweat that really becomes a literal cleansing .. not just outwardly, but inwardly.”

The TV actress never misses her workout and is very strict with her diet despite her hectic schedule.
“If you allow yourself to go there. There are no thoughts, only the feel of that sharp deep inhale, the slow hard exhale. Focus razor sharp. The mind isn’t allowed to deviate because the physical load is so overwhelming. It’s such a beautiful feeling. It’s funny because a thing like love makes you feel so light, and then you need something heavy to ground you back again haha. Amazing. Life, is so amazing. That’s all I got for y’all. Go lift heavy shit, reach within yourselves. And love from there. But start with yourself first. Always.”
Bani J’s workout is the key to her fitness and those sculpted muscles. She never hesitates in experimenting with her fitness routine and loves lifting extremely heavy weights in the gym. She is never hesitant of working on her muscles and simply loves the way her body has taken shape post her transformation.

“3 hours of sleep and you know I’m not going to use that as an excuse to not do what I LOVE!! Lift to uplift not just yourself, but those around you!” she the fitness enthusiast writes.
Her daily diet includes a handful of ingredients and she hardly deters from her strict diet regiment.
She follows a strict six meals a day plan, ensures that once she had her first three meals she hits the gym soon after.
For greens in her diet, she relies on broccoli, beans, zucchini, and asparagus.
The main sources of carbohydrates in her diet remain sweet potatoes, brown rice, and oats and for proteins, she relies on eggs, chicken and fish.
She does not deprive herself of cheat days and loves to devour salmon when she feels like treating herself and does not mind a piece of cake to satiate her taste buds. A small pizza or some Chinese delicacy of her choice also make to her list of cheat-eating options once in a week.
