More than 10 CRPF jawans were reported injured in an improvised explosive device (IED) blast at Lethpora on the Srinagar-Anantnag highway.
The explosion was followed by gunshots aimed at the security forces vehicles.
The IED was planted to target security forces vehicles.
The security forces have begun a search operation.
