Delhi court grants interim bail to Lalu Prasad Yadav in IRCTC scam case

Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav was on Thursday granted interim bail by the Patiala House Court in Delhi in connection with the India Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) scam case. The former Bihar chief minister, who is currently serving a sentence in the fodder scam, had appeared before the court via video conferencing.

The court, however, adjourned the hearing in the case filed by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) for January 19.

Former Bihar chief minister Rabri Devi and Tejashwi Yadav appeared before the court in connection with the case on Thursday.
