India cricket captain Virat Kohli and Bollywood star Anushka Sharma have tied the knot, in Italy, on Monday.
Virat and Anushka’s wedding ceremony took place at a resort called Borgo Finocchieto in Buonconvento town in the Province of Siena in Italy.
“AnushkaVirat married! #RabNeBanaDiJodi” tweeted ABP journalist Poonam Joshi, who is apparently present outside the venue.
“AnushkaSharma officially MRS.Anushka Sharma Kohli!” said her latest tweet.
The couple are expected make the news public with an official announcement later in the evening.
Anushka’s spokesperson denied reports about her wedding last week, but Anushka was spotted at Mumbai airport on Thursday night with her family and their family guru Maharaj Anant Baba. Virat and his family were scheduled to join them from Delhi.
Rediff.com was the first to report way back in October that Kohli was planning to take break in December in the middle of the Sri Lanka series to get married to Anushka.
