After the framing of charges in the Sheena Bora murder case, Indrani Mukerjea pleaded the court to allow her to seek divorce from her husband Peter.
Meanwhile, while addressing the court, her advocate said that Indrani alleges that she is being framed by Peter and, therefore, she wants to divorce.
“I am making a new will and now that I am going to donate the money, so I want to know how it works. The only reason I am approaching the court with my plea for divorce is to ensure that there is no contempt of court from my end,” said Indrani, while addressing the court.
The court, however, maintained that she need not approach the sessions court, but rather the family court for the same.
