Khushbu’s tweets directed at a popular actress?

Actress Khushbu.

Khushbu mounted a passionate defence for her husband, Sundar C’s Sangamithra with a series of tweets. Without really naming who she was taking on, she tweeted, “A film like Sangamithra, which will be one of the costliest films ever made in India, cannot be made without proper planning. I see someone making weird comments about the script.”

She went on to add, “Work has started already. Unprofessionals do not know. For a movie like Sangamithra, shooting part is just 30 per cent and 70 per cent of the work is done before shooting.

Blaming others for your own shortcomings — sourgrapes? Expect a little more of professionalism from people who carry a legacy. Looking in to your own mistakes and accepting it humbly helps you go a long way.”

Shruti Haasan had earlier walked out of the project citing the lack of a bound script, and some lack of clarity about the shooting dates.

Khushbu has since announced that she would be taking a break from Twitter with tweets urging people to use the platform to spread love.

Sangamithra’s budget is expected to surpass that of 2.0 and the Baahubali films. The makers are yet to announce a replacement for Shruti Haasan.
