Pithamagan fame Sangitha, who hasn’t been seen in a full-fledged role for years now, has confirmed that she’ll be making a comeback with a ‘strong character’.
The actress, who took to Twitter to share her happiness about winning a State Award for her last film, Puthran (Best Actress Special Award), also added, “I will be returning to the silver-screen this year after seven long years in a very different and powerful role.”
Talking to CE, the Evano Oruvan actress says, “I can’t reveal anything about the film yet, and even mentioning which film it is would be a major spoiler. The director has specifically asked me not to talk about it anywhere. I don’t mean to show-off about my comeback, but it’s just that the makers want it to be kept under wraps to maintain the suspense.”
