A marathon journey of determination, dedication and commitment has finally come to an end after three long years. SS Rajamouli and his team have reached the summit as the  shooting for the film’s sequel, Baahubali: The Conclusion ended, curtains drawing on the magnum opus.

This is the first time a Telugu superstar, in the prime of his career, decided to dedicate three-and-a-half years on just one film. Even after the unprecedented success of Baahubali: The Beginning, Prabhas announced that he will focus on other projects only after the sequel is completed. And Rajamouli was the first person to acknowledge Prabhas’ efforts at the end of an eventful journey.
“And that’s a wrap for Prabhas. 3.5 years. One hell of a journey. Thanks darling. No one had as much belief on this project as you. That means a lot,” Rajamouli posted on Twitter.
Prabhas returns as Amarendra Baahubali in Baahubali: The Conclusion. The film, which also stars Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty and Tamannaah in important roles, will release worldwide on April 28.
After this, Prabhas will move on to his next Telugu outing, supposedly an action-thriller, to be helmed by director Sujeeth.
