We had earlier reported that the 2011 Telugu film 100% Love, starring Naga Chaitanya and Tamannaah, is getting remade in Tamil with GV Prakash in the lead.
The latest we hear is that Lavanya Tripathi has been approached to play the female lead in this untitled project. According to sources, “she’s yet to give her nod”. Initially, it was said that Sayyeshaa of Shivaay fame was offered the role, but she turned it down “due to unknown reasons”.
This project will be directed by cinematographer-turned-director Chandramouli, who is a former associate of Sukumar (the director of the original). Shooting is planned to start by September. Bollywood cinematographer, Dudley, who is known for his work in Chennai Express and Dilwale, will be part of this film.
