Prithivi Adithya, who worked as an executive producer in 8 Thottakkal, is now directing a film starring Sarathkumar called Rendaavadhu Aattam. He says the story is about a series of events that take place in a cinema hall during a night show. “It’s an investigative thriller and Sarathkumar plays a middle-aged intellegence undercover agent. Al Pacino’s films have inspired me to write a screenplay like this. The script needed him and I realised it after writing the complete story,” he says. Shooting for the film is set to begin in June. “I’m also in talks with a few other actors. As the film is story and character-driven, I’m on the look-out for strong performers,” he says.
