Maanagaram did what Yaaruda Mahesh couldn’t for Sundeep Kishan — it has made him a popular face in Tamil Nadu. Post the film’s success, the Telugu actor has reportedly bagged a big project to be directed by Thiru, who has previously made Theeradha Vilaiyattu Pillai, Samar and Naan Sigappu Manithan, all starring Vishal.
Said to be a Tamil-Telugu bilingual, it has been confirmed that Richard M Nathan will be the cinematographer and Ruben the editor.The remaining cast and crew is being finalised, with shooting set to start from May. Sundeep’s next release is the Telugu action film, Nakshatram that stars his Maanagaram co-star Regina Cassandra as the female lead.
