Former Finance Minister Arun Jaitley passed away on Saturday at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi. He was 66.

The news of the veteran BJP leader’s sudden demise shook the entire nation, and saw condolences pouring in on Twitter from various Bollywood celebrities. From actor-turned-MP Sunny Deol to Ajay Devgn, Anil Kapoor, Lata Mangeshkar, Kapil Sharma and many others mourned the demise of former finance minister and took to their respective social media handles to pay their respects

Arun Jaitley, 66, was admitted to AIIMS on August 9 after he complained of palpitations and restlessness. He was placed under observation at the Cardio-Neuro Centre of the hospital and after two weeks in the hospital he died this afternoon. May his soul rest in peace. ABP Live
