Veteran film producer Raj Kumar Barjatya, father of Sooraj Barjatya passed away today(February, 21, 2019). He headed Rajshri Productions which as helmed several Bollywood hits over the years including Hum Aapke Hain Kaun, Vivah, Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, Main Prem Ki Deewani Hoon among others.

He breathed his last at Mumbai’s Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital on Thursday morning.

The late producer is survived by wife Sudha and son Sooraj. His last production venture was ‘Hum Chaar’, which hit the screens on February 15, 2019.
