Tennis sensation and new mommy Sania Mirza on Thursday shared an adorable photo with her forever Valentine and we bet you won’t be able to take your eyes off them.
Sania’s Valentine is not her husband Shoaib Malik but their baby son Izhaan Mirza Malik. The sports star shared a super cute pic kissing her little cupcake on cheeks as he looks straight into the camera. She captioned the pic: My little cupcake❣️🧁 my valentine forever❤️#izhaanmirzamalik 💕
Sania married Shoaib in a traditional Hyderabadi Muslim wedding ceremony on April 12, 2010. The couple welcomed their first child, son Izhaan on October 30th last year.
Sania has been out of tennis action since October 2017 and had missed out her Australian Open return earlier this year as well before the announcement of her pregnancy came about. However, while a 2019 return seems likely on the cards, she has kept her eyes fixed on Tokyo Olympics 2020.
“The 2020 Olympics is a long way off. I’ve said this many times that as tennis players, we wish we knew what our lives brought us tomorrow. Having said that though, it definitely looks very doable right now. But one has to wait and watch where life really takes you. Most definitely, I would say coming back to playing is a priority as soon as the pregnancy is done,” the 32-year-old had said.
