Music composer A R Rahman (File | PTI)
CHENNAI: Double Oscar-winning music composer AR Rahman launched the production house, Ideal Entertainment, in Toronto recently. It will be bankrolling ARR’s movie 99 Songs, along with the music composer’s production house YM Movies. The film will have story and music by Rahman.
Directed by Vishwesh Krishnamoorthy, the story revolves around an aspiring singer, who wants to be a renowned composer. Said to be a musical, the audio album will have 10 songs; Rahman has already composed a few of them.
Ideal Entertainment is also producing Rahman’s directorial short film, Le Musk.
