If the grapevine is anything to go by, Anu Emmanuel, who replaced Rakul Preet Singh in the Vishal’s Thupparivaalan, is likely to star in Gautham Menon’s Dhruva Natchathiram that has Vikram in the lead.
While official confirmation is awaited, we hear, she’s not playing the female lead, but an important role in the film.
Said to be a thriller, which will be shot in the US, Dhruva… will have Vikram playing one of the characters called Joshua. Produced by Gautham’s Ondraga Entertainment and Escape Artists’ Madan, sources hint talks are on with a leading actor in K’town. A few reports suggest that AR Rahman may compose the music.
