Family of deceased Indian laborer Unable to bring Body from Saudi Arabi
Mr. Arul James hails from Thirunelveli district, Tamilnadu, India. He used to live near Sengkottai (TherkkuMedu, AnganKaaladi NaduthTheru.)
He was married. His wife is Mrs. Thirumalaikumari. He has a young daughter, Sureka.
Five years ago, he went to work for a construction company called “Ahmed Sulaiman Alpha” in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
He was visiting his hometown once every three years. Around a year and a half ago, he visited his home for the last time. However it was his habit to to talk to his family members in India via phone on a daily-basis.
On 19th March, 2017, his family received a message saying that ArulJames had expired due to illness and that his body was kept in the local Government hospital.
The grief-stricken family tried in vain to bring his mortal remains home to India. And the company where ArulJames worked does not seem to respond to phone calls and have not taken any initiative to send his body home.
Thirumalaikumari, the grieving widow of Mr.Arul James wants the Government of India to intervene and help her bring the body of Arul James home to India.
