Delhi to Kochi, Goa and Guwahati freight rates dropped by Rs 1,000 each to Rs 80,000, Rs 57,000 and Rs 59,000.
Rates to Ludhiana, Pune and Mumbai also fell by Rs 1,000 each to Rs 20,000, Rs 32,000 and Rs 30,000 respectively.
