Domestic share indexes today closed with mild gains, rising for the seventh straight session. In a volatile trade, the Sensex and Nifty rose amid mixed Asian and European stocks.
Sensex at Bombay Stock Exchange surged 92 points or 0.27 percent to 34,193. Nifty at National Stock Exchange also climbed 22 points or 0.21 percent to 10,481.
